Your Health competition rules

1. Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: name, full address, email address and daytime telephone number. 

2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

3. Entrants can be of any age, unless specified, but must have permission of a parent if under the age of 12.

4. Results will be announced in the next available edition of Your Health as soon as possible after the closing date.

5. The prize winner will be drawn at random by the Your Health editor. The editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winner will be contacted personally.

6. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no alternatives cash or otherwise.

7. The editor does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

8. Players must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

9. This competition is not open to employees of NHS Eastern and Coastal Kent or anyone involved in running the competition or their direct family members.

10. The editor reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

12. Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and the Your Health reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random or re-publicise the competition.

13. Your Health will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.
