Win a family ticket to Quex Park
Powell-Cotton Museum is offering up the chance to win a family ticket to its museum, house and gardens. The Powell-Cotton Museum at Quex Park in Birchington was established in 1896 by Major Percy Horace Gordon Powell-Cotton (1866-1940) to house natural history specimens and cultural objects collected on expeditions to Asia and Africa.
Six rooms of the Regency Mansion, the family home of the Powell-Cottons, are open to the public in the afternoons. Take a step back in time to see how the explorer lived when at home, relax in the spacious gardens, stroll the woodlands or take a picnic to eat on the lawns. To be in with a chance of winning, just tell us what year the museum was opened?
The closing date is 30 April.
