Get fast-track treatment at a minor injury unit – you could be seen 2 x faster compared to A and E
If you have an injury that is not life threatening, you can get help from a minor injuries unit (MIU), rather than going to A and E. This allows A and E staff to concentrate on people with serious, life-threatening conditions and will save you a potentially long wait.
