Have you seen the new IRIS newsletter?
The Medicines Management Team and the Patient Safety Team have worked together to produce a single incident reporting system. Feedback and lessons learnt will be shared via the quarterly newsletter. Further medicines related feedback and lessons learnt may also be disseminated via the Medicines Management Newsletter and/or the Community Pharmacy Newsletter.
