This procedure gives general direction on the safe transfer of seasonal influenza and H1N1 Influenza Vaccines between GP practices. This is not normally accepted practice, but maybe necessary in response to maintain the medicines supply chain for specific patient need. This forms advice from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
