In May 2009, NHS Eastern and Coastal Kent recruited a new team of quality development facilitators to work with and support practices on QOF.
The quality development facilitator team will be organising the annual review process (October – January) every year, as well as playing an important support role to all practices who require help or advice with any QOF related issue.
