First year key priorities:

• Contribute to the urgent care strategy working with the care strategy group to redesign urgent care, including:
• Improvement of facilities in eastern and coastal Kent
• Improvement of patient transfer arrangements
• Successful re-provision of out of hours services
• Informing public and professionals of changes.

How you can be involved:

• Revision of care leads in all clusters and areas of PCT
• Attend key stakeholder meetings
• Through PBC leads forum
• Communicate to public through patient user groups.
