• Instrumental in the start-up of a GPSI clinic of ENT in Sellindge in 2006.

• Improving clinical services of ENT and Ophthalmology

• Develop clinical pathways

• Improvement to provide quicker and appropriate patient access to services.

• Engaging with as many grass roots GPs and PCT leads to incorporate their views on patient services.
