Identify stakeholders with a strong interest in improving the gastroenterology service and find ways to work together
Engage primary care colleagues and solicit their opinions and input .

Raise awareness of commissioning
Help primary care colleagues understand how service changes can benefit them and how they can use new services appropriately.
