Who is eligible for the service?

Adults aged 18 years or over with common mental health problems including:

Depression
Anxiety including
- panic
- generalised anxiety
- social phobia
- specific phobias
- health anxiety
Obsessional / compulsive behaviour
Post traumatic stress

How do I get help if I don’t meet the criteria
