The Kent LINk (Local Involvement Network) is an independent network of local people and community groups working together to influence and improve Kent's health and social care services. This is an opportunity for the community of Kent and for you to get your voice heard.
The job of a LINk is to:
-
give everyone the chance to say what they think about their local care
services – what is working well and what is not so good
-
give people the chance to check how care services are planned and run
-
feedback what people have said about services so that things can change for
the better.
Who can be part of a LINk?
Anyone can be part of LINk. A LINk should be able to represent everyone in the community. This means all of the different groups and types of people which make up the local population will be able to join. They should also be able to give people who do not usually have a say the chance to give their views.
