Committees of the Board

Committees and sub committees

The PCT Board is supported by a network of committees and sub committees. 

The main Board committees are:
 

• Audit Committee - Terms of reference

• Finance Committee - Terms of reference 

• Patient Safety and Care Quality Committee - Terms of reference

• Joint Negotiation and Consultation Committee - Terms of reference

• Commissioning Strategy Committee - Terms of reference

• Remuneration Committee - Terms of reference. 

The terms of reference for each committee are subject to annual review and approval by the PCT Board.
